City Solution (UK) Ltd is the data controller for this site, ICO registration ZA171285. We collect only what you send us, use it only to reply to you, and set no tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Contact form enquiries: your name, email, country, business type and what you tell us. Used to reply and, if you become a client, to run the engagement.
- Checker emails: your email address and your result, used only to send the result.
- Analytics: anonymous page views and checker outcomes through Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. That’s why there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@citysolution.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
